The Sydney Harbour Eco Hopper operates services between Manly, Q-Station, Watson's Bay, Taronga Zoo, Milson's Point/Luna Park, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour seven days per week.

Tickets are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue. This ticket allows the passenger to hop on and off as many times as you wish within a 24 hour period

Single and return tickets are available for all trips between Manly and Circular Quay and can be purchased at our sales outlets, on the wharves where we dock, or on board our vessels.

In addition, regular commuters can utilise the Manly Fast Ferry Smartcard * which operates as a 'Purse' and deducts a variable fare value dependant on the time of day and direction that the commuter is travelling.

Single Tickets
Day trippers and passengers who prefer to pay separately for individual trips can, of course, still buy a single ticket for each journey from our ticketing booths or on board our vessels. Our ticket booths are located at Manly Wharf on the concourse and also at Circular Quay on the walkway close to Jetty 3.

Our Smartcard

We are pleased to introduce the Manly Fast Ferry Smartcard System which passengers should find both convenient and economical. The same Smartcard technology is used successfully around the world and by several large bus companies in Sydney.

The Smartcard is a small plastic card of the same dimensions as a business, credit card or ID. Passengers can load the Smartcard with credit value, then simply scan the plastic card at the wharf to access our ferries, thus streamlining the process and avoiding queuing for tickets. The system is quick, simple to use and eco friendly, as it negates the need for disposable tickets for regular users. A history of recent transactions can be printed on request if a paper ticket is required

Manly Fast Ferry Smartcards remain the property of Manly Fast Ferry. Please Note: There is a once only non-refundable Activation Fee for the Manly Fast Ferry Smartcard.
